What do you know about Formula 1 Grand Prix Azerbaijan?
Our member Vusal Isagov- Chief Concierge of Four Seasons Baku will give you the most interesting information and facts about this race.
The Baku City Circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke, who has been responsible for laying out so many of F1’s newest tracks. It’s located right in the heart of the city, close to the main promenade on the Caspian Sea. In addition to many long straights that make it the ‘fastest street circuit in the world’, the Baku circuit also includes a very narrow section (turns 8 through 12) next to the old city walls. At 6.003km, the Baku City Circuit is the second longest on the current F1 calendar.
The inaugural race in 2016 was officially called the “Grand Prix of Europe.” A race with this title has been held 23 times since 1983, most recently (before Baku) at the Valencia street circuit and the Nürburgring. The race was renamed the Azerbaijan Grand Prix for 2017.

Please, greet Anton Kuleshov. He was born in Moscow and graduated from the Moscow State Technical University MAMI. At the age of 18, he got a job as a bellman at the Moscow Marriott Grand Hotel. Where in 2013 he moved to the Concierge Desk. In 2015 he moved to the same position at the Intercontinental Hotel.
He learned about work at the hotel from his uncle who used to work at the Marriott Grand Hotel from the opening day and brought him to this hotel for brunch when he was only 10 years old. That is where he first saw how bellmen work and how they get a good reward for their duty. As soon as he turned 18 years old, he went to the hotel for his first job interview. After he got a job as a bellman he noticed how concierges work and what an amazing job they were doing. That is when he set a goal to become a concierge.

We are pleased to introduce you to Alexander Abrosimov. A new member of the Golden Keys, who came from Samara.
He was able to discover the true hospitality when during his fourth year at the university he decided to apply for an internship in Greece in a large hospitality-oriented company. In Greece, he also managed a PR in luxury fur coat shop. Sometime later he got an opportunity with the hotel industry in Sochi. Since then for about five years he has always been seeking to bring some creativity and even some kind of magic into his days. That is why during his first job at the hotel he created his own 30 minutes magic show for kids.
For Alexander to be a concierge means to be responsible to work with a guest's soul. This great responsibility is the same as being a part of Les Clefs d'Or. He started his career in a hotel as a bell-boy. Later he had been working in the F&B department, then he was a recreation manager and subsequently combining all of his experiences he began to be a concierge.

We are glad to introduce Semyon Zhernakov. While growing up in Vladivostok at the Far Eastern part of Russia, he traveled a lot around Asia with his parents. That was a time when he realized that he is willing to dedicate his career to the hospitality business. In 2014, after he received his diploma with Business Administration and Management major from the Oregon State University, he started a career as a desk assistant at the Executive Lounge at the Sochi Marriott Krasnaya Polyana Hotel. A few months later when he moved to back office to work as a phone operator he learned many of the hotel insights while he was doing back office assignments and answered many hundreds of phone calls per day. At that time, he learned closer about who is concierge and what an exciting profession it is. He decided not to wait until a miracle will happen and proved to the hotel management that he deserves to be a concierge. Then he started his career as a concierge of the Sochi Marriott Krasnaya Polyana Hotel. A year later he was promoted to the position of a senior concierge. As a hobby, he enjoys taking picture and film videos of what surrounds him. That is why he knows where are the most attractive and photographic sites in his city, and always glad to suggest those destinations to his guests. ... РаскрытьСкрыть
